Kidz Connect Club is a smaller, supportive social experience created for neurodiverse children who want opportunities to connect with peers while benefiting from additional structure and guidance.
Each week features a fun, hands-on theme or activity designed to naturally bring children together. Children might create, build, play games, complete a challenge, explore a shared interest, or work together as a team.
These experiences provide natural opportunities to practice communication, cooperative play, shared engagement, teamwork, flexible thinking, emotional regulation, problem-solving, self-advocacy, and friendship skills.
The emphasis isn’t on making every child socialize in the same way. Instead, we help children become more comfortable connecting with others, communicating their ideas and needs, participating in shared experiences, and navigating social situations in ways that work for them.
Is Kidz Connect Club a Good Fit?
Club is designed for children who are interested in connecting with peers but may benefit from a smaller group, additional structure, prompting, modeling, and adult support during activities.
Children should have a functional communication system and be able to participate safely in a small group without continuous 1:1 behavioral support.
Children do not need to be highly conversational or socially independent. The smaller group allows us to provide more support while still preserving the most important part of Kidz Connect — authentic interaction with peers.
