ABA Therapy Built Around Your Child

TEAM Behavioral Consultants provides in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children across Northern New Jersey, with centers in Flanders (Morris County) and Augusta (Sussex County).

Every child’s treatment is individualized by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and built around their strengths, needs and family priorities — whether that means therapy at home, at one of our centers, support at school, or a small social skills group with peers.

Our goal is not simply to teach skills during a session. It is to help children use those skills throughout their everyday lives.

What Working With TEAM Looks Like

An Assessment With a BCBA - We get to know your child: their strengths, what is hard right now, their daily routines and what matters most to your family.
A Plan Written for Your Child - Goals are specific to your child and chosen with you, not pulled from a template.
One-on-One Therapy - A trained behavior therapist works with your child at home or at one of our centers, following the BCBA's plan.
Ongoing BCBA Supervision - Your child's BCBA stays involved, reviews progress data and updates goals as your child grows.
Working Alongside You - Your BCBA works with you to understand what happens outside of therapy and shares strategies that fit your family's everyday routines.

Who oversees my child's therapy?

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completes your child's assessment, develops their individualized treatment plan, and supervises treatment on an ongoing basis — reviewing progress, analyzing data and updating goals as your child grows.

Day to day, your child works one-to-one with a trained behavior therapist who implements that plan.
