Our Flanders center provides individualized, center-based ABA therapy in a supportive and engaging environment where children have opportunities to learn, play, communicate, build friendships, and become more independent.

At TEAM, we believe ABA therapy should be about more than working through a list of programs. Our goal is to teach meaningful skills that make a difference in your child’s everyday life.

Individualized Care - Every child who comes through our doors is different. Our BCBAs develop treatment based on your child's individual strengths, needs, preferences, and family priorities. As your child grows and makes progress, their treatment evolves with them.
Learning Through Everyday Experiences - Our center gives children opportunities to practice skills beyond the therapy table. Learning can happen during play, group activities, transitions, peer interactions, and other naturally occurring moments throughout the day.
Opportunities to Learn With Peers - One of the advantages of center-based ABA is having other children nearby. This creates natural opportunities to work on communication, play, turn-taking, group participation, social skills, and navigating everyday interactions with peers.
Building Independence - We want the skills children learn at TEAM to help them outside of TEAM. Treatment may focus on communication, self-help skills, everyday routines, transitions, safety, school readiness, emotional regulation, and other skills that support greater independence.
Family Collaboration - Parents and caregivers are an important part of our TEAM. Our BCBAs collaborate with families throughout treatment and provide strategies to help children use their developing skills at home and in the community.
