Families in Budd Lake and the rest of Mount Olive Township are about 8 minutes from TEAM Behavioral Consultants’ Flanders center, and our in-home ABA therapists work throughout the township.
Mount Olive is the township our Flanders center grew up alongside. Budd Lake, Flanders, the Village Green area and the neighborhoods off Route 46 are all a short drive down Route 206 or Route 46 to 4 Gold Mine Road.
Because we are this close, many Mount Olive families use a mix of settings: center-based sessions on some days and in-home sessions on others, with the same BCBA overseeing both.
Our Flanders center is the closest TEAM location to every part of Mount Olive.

Every service below is available to Budd Lake and Mount Olive families. Your child’s BCBA recommends a setting after the initial assessment, and you can talk it through with us before anything is decided.
Mount Olive children attend the Mount Olive Township School District, which runs from the elementary schools through Mount Olive High School. For children who qualify for special education, the district’s Child Study Team handles evaluations and the IEP, starting as early as age 3.
ABA and school services work best when they point in the same direction. With your permission, our school support team can share strategies with your child’s teachers and case manager, and take part in planning meetings when that helps.
Our Flanders center at 4 Gold Mine Road is about 8 minutes from Budd Lake, taking Route 46 to Route 206. Most of Mount Olive Township is within 10 minutes.
Yes. Mount Olive is well inside our in-home service area, so a behavior therapist can come to your home, with a BCBA overseeing the treatment plan.
Some families do, depending on the child's goals. Your BCBA will recommend a setting, or a combination, after the assessment.
With your consent, our school support team can coordinate with your child's school team, share strategies and attend meetings when it helps your child.
