We offer both full-time and part-time roles for BCBAs, alongside flexible part-time positions for RBT/Behavior Technicians. There’s a place for everyone at TEAM Behavioral Consultants.
BCBA Job Roles
- Develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA to address communication, feeding, behavior, ADLs and social skills.
- Design data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives.
- Supervise ABA Technicians implementing ABA based treatment plans.
- Train family members on implementing the treatment plan and generalizing skills to meet families needs.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school and community-based environments.
- Coordinate ABA Technicians schedules with the family.
- Coordinate with other providers (schools, other therapies).
- Ensure that the child is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
- BCBA’s only provide services that are within their scope of competency, based on their education, training and clinical supervision.
RBT/Behavior Techs Job Roles
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, and community based environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
- Supervise ABA Technicians implementing ABA based treatment plans.
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
- Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
- Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
